3. Sukhasana or Seated Forward Bend
is done with the person’s feet together. His palms are on his knees and hands are on the floor. He is taking a deep breath and relaxing his whole body. He is maintaining his position with eyes open.
4. Ardha Matsyendrasana
is done with the person’s feet together and his palms on his knees. He is pressing his palms and hands on the floor and taking a deep breath. He is maintaining a position and his body.
5. Urdhva Mukha Svanasana
